Käsecreme Crema di Casizolu spalmabile
SORTE: sardischer Käse als Creme  - (die Produktabbildung ist ein Garnierungsvorschlag). Diese  Casizolu Creme wird nach traditioneller Überlieferung in der Barbagia auf Sardinien hergestellt. Eignet sich u.a. für Pastasossen oder als Antipasti zusammen mit Pane Carasau. Die Käsecreme hat einen einmaligen, würzigen Geschmack.
MENGE:  200 Gramm (Versandgewicht: 0.7kg)
GESCHMACK: Ursprünglicher und leckerer kann eine Käsecreme nicht sein.
DAZU PASST: Z.B. einer unserer sardischen Rotweine, Pane Carasau und Oliven. 
BEURTEILUNG: Diese Creme ist feinwürzig und kräftig im Geschmack. Kristallin, streichfest in der Konsistenz. Perfekt als Antipasti oder zu vielen Pastagerichten.
ZUTATEN:  Kuhmilch, Schafsmilch 8%, Lab, Schmelzsalz. 
HALTBARKEIT: Die Käsecreme ist mindestens haltbar bis 22.06.2022. Kühl, dunkel und trocken lagern.
